From the Steinsee climbing area, the Affenhimmel (literally “monkeys’ heaven”!) climbing area and the Burschlwand rock face, the region offers a huge spectrum of climbing options.

The Affenhimmel rock face, which boasts no fewer than 230 different routes and is up to 80 metres high in places, is one of the most popular practice climbing crags in the Tyrol.
