Our apartments

Our holiday apartments are very generously and tastefully furnished. In each holiday apartment there is a small kitchen with fridge, electric stove, water cooker, coffee machine, dishware, pots and pans, as well as Internet WIFI, Sat-TV, bath/WC, balcony or garden, each with views of the mountains. All apartments on the upper floor are accessible with the lift.

Apartment prices

Subject to printing errors and price changes.

• Prices are per day for the agreed number of persons, not including breakfast, not including local tax per person per day euro 1,80 (children under age 15 are freed from local tax).
• On request, we would be happy to quote a price for breakfast.
• Surcharge for additional bed: EUR 35. per person per day.
• Final cleaning for apartments: EUR 15. per person.

• The minimum stay in winter is 7 nights, in summer 4 nights. For shorter stays, we will quote you a price. Please contact us.
• For reservations summer & winter, the Tirol West Card is included in the room price.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

If you want to play safe and start your vacation with equanimity, we would be glad to offer you travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of rooms or apartments

• Up to 43 days before arrival free of charge
• From 42 – 30 days before arrival 30 % of the total amount
• From 29 – 14 days before arrival 50 % of the total amount
• From 13 – 8 days before arrival 70 % of the total amount
• From 7 days before arrival 90 % of the total amount
• In the event of no-show 100 % of the total amount

• The General Terms of Business for hotels are valid and applicable.
• We recommend taking out trip-cancellation insurance.
